A flatter sugar spike
Same meal, slower arrival. Psyllium taken before eating is one of the better-studied ways to blunt the glucose rise that follows one.

Illustrative, not a specific trial. The real curve depends on the meal and the person.
Launching soon in India
hüsko is isabgol, plain psyllium husk, made drinkable. No gritty glass of sludge, no holding your nose. Just cold, sharp flavour and the fibre your gut has been asking for.

Six to start
Tap every flavour you’d buy. We’re using this to decide the launch run, so an honest tap genuinely changes what lands on shelves.
Nothing picked yet. Tap a can above.
Five ways to take it
Crack a can, tear a sachet, or scoop from the jar. Tell us which one fits your day and we’ll stock it first.

Pick the formats you'd actually buy.
Why bother
That’s the whole problem we set out to fix. Not the science, but the part where you actually drink it, every day, without dreading it.
Most isabgol tastes like wet paper because nobody bothered. We started with the drink and worked backwards.
No thickening, no racing the clock before it turns to gel. Crack the can or tear a sachet and go.
Psyllium husk, sourced in India. No added sugar, no laxatives, nothing you need a chemistry degree to read.
5 g a serve is a habit you can keep, not a cleanse you abandon by Thursday.
How it works
Isabgol works by getting there first. Fifteen minutes ahead of your food, the husk has time to do the one thing it is very good at: swell.
15 minutes before
Five grams of psyllium husk meets water and immediately starts pulling it in.
At the table
The husk has thickened into a soft gel, spread through the stomach rather than sitting in it.
The hours after
Food moves through that gel instead of straight past it, so sugar reaches the blood gradually rather than all at once.

The gel binds bile acids and leaves with them. To build more, the liver pulls LDL cholesterol out of the blood.

Nothing blocks cholesterol. Replacing the lost bile acids is what spends your LDL.
The studied dose is about two serves a day.
Psyllium husk is well studied for both effects. hüsko is a food, not a medicine, and nothing here replaces what your doctor has told you.
